ADMINISTRATION
Finance Manager
Department: Administrative
FLSA Status: 
Full-Time, Exempt
Work Schedule: Days, may include, evenings, and weekends when needed.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director the Finance Manager is responsible for the day to day accounting activities and related financial services of the agency; monitors budgetary expenses; prepares YTD budget and financial reports; provides information and serves as a resource to others; achieves defined objectives by planning, evaluation, developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines and services as a member of the leadership team.  The Finance Manager will provide administrative oversight of grant development and compliance with federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations, as well as state and internal coalition policies and procedures, fiscal management.  Further, the Finance Manager will assist Executive Director to carry out all duties related to personnel, recruitment, fund development and will manage and adequate system for proper accounting, write financial reports, develop and prepare the annual budget.

SUPPORT STAFF
Custodian
Department: Maintenance 
FLSA Status: 
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Varies, and includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Under the direction of the Residential Coordinator, the Custodian, will perform custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, restocking restrooms, lounge area etc.  Custodian will report needs, concerns to appropriate staff, checks supply levels, perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on Friendship of Women's buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.  Custodian will perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by supervisor or CEO.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION & PREVENTION
Health Equity Mentor
Department: Community Education and Prevention
FLSA Status: 
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Varies, and includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Under the direction of the Social Change Services Manager, the Health Equity Mentor will be responsible for conducting primary prevention strategies, primarily around health equity activities, to address the root cause of sexual violence in this community, to be this agency’s primary voice in the community when working toward the elimination of sexual violence, and to assist community members in finding ways they can end sexual violence.

Outreach Educator
Department: Community Education and Prevention
FLSA Status: Part
-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Varies, and includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Under the direction of the Social Change Services Manager, the Outreach Educator will be responsible for conducting community education and primary prevention strategies to address the root cause of sexual violence and family violence in this community. The Outreach Educator provides public awareness, community education and workshops on sexual and domestic violence. The Outreach Educator will work collaboratively to support coworkers on various projects assigned. Outreach Educator works closely with appropriate Advisory Committee members, Staff, Volunteers and the community to achieve goals of the Community Education and Prevention Program.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Housing Advocate 
Department: Supportive Housing 
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Varies, and includes days, evenings, weekends, and graveyards.
Under the direction of the Outreach Services Coordinator, the Housing Advocate is responsible for assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness in finding safe housing by providing housing search and supportive services. The Housing Advocate supports survivors enrolled in the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CoC Joint Transitional Housing (TH) & Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Program. Case management will focus on stabilizing the survivor upon program entry, ensuring their needs are identified and met as appropriate, obtaining and maintaining permanent housing, providing support around landlord-tenant relations, connecting survivors to education and employment resources, advocating for and with survivors, linking survivors to mainstream services, and assisting the survivor with successfully exiting the program and achieving self-sufficiency.

Selection Process
1. An evaluation of training and experience of submitted resumes will be performed by Human Resources.
2. A panel of program managers and leadership will perform an evaluation of experience and training taken from your employment application materials. Please note: candidates that are successful in this step of the selection process will also be considered for other similar opportunities.
3. It is our goal to schedule the first round of interviews as soon as possible.  Therefore, the first interview will be conducted over the phone.
