Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP)
FOW's BIP Program, Fellowship Ending Violence (FEV), works to eliminate family violence through the intervention and prevention of abusive and harmful behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs that are used to establish and maintain power and control within an intimate relationship, marriage, or family. The mission of FEV/BIPP is to eliminate abuse by providing services to persons using violence, promoting the safety of victims and survivors, and bringing about the social change necessary to end battering and all other forms of relationship abuse.
Our BIP Program is accredited by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Community Justice Assistance Division.
